Howson Homes is proudly owned by Nick Howson and managed with his partner Hannah Bywater. Nick and Hannah’s philosophy toward contracting revolves around fundamentals of transparency, respect and professionalism. This extends to both our clients and highly skilled sub-contractors. 

Nick is a carpenter by trade with over a decade of experience in the construction trades. Prior to staring Howson Homes in 2016 Nick worked as a project manager overseeing residential and commercial projects throughout Vancouver, BC. 

Hannah - a native to Sheffield, United Kingdom is a certified special events coordinator with a passion for customer service. These skills have helped Hannah excel as a project coordinator with Howson Homes. 

Rosie and Wren are Miniature Australian Shepard’s and the official mascot of Howson Homes. Both in the office and on the job site you will likely encounter Rosie and Wren.
