As a general contractor we are responsible for all the day-to-day oversight of our construction sites, the management of our vendors and trades, and providing all communication of key information to all involved parties throughout the course of a building project. We pride ourselves on our customer service and project management.
Licensed Builder
As a Licensed Residential Builder we are well suited to handle your next construction project. Howson Homes is able to deliver 2-5-10 year warranty on new construction projects. We are familiar and trained to navigate the permit acquisition process and have worked with various municipalities throughout the Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island. Custom Homes

We are passionate about progressive building technology and pride ourselves on our ability to handle difficult and challenging construction projects. Howson Homes provides custom homes, lane way homes and spec home construction services.
We will work closely with you to select the perfect layout, location, size, and features that you want.
Renovations
Do you have an outdated structure, damaged or not happy about your current floor plan, we can help you. With a renovation making something new, or bringing something back to life is what we do best! With over a decade of experience renovating a building onto existing structures we have seen it all. We are well versed in multi generational building practices and able to bring your project to current building code standards. We specialize in major renovations, kitchen renovations and bathroom renovations.
Additions
Home additions and extensions are used for a variety of reasons. Howson Homes can help add another room to your home, whether it be a - side extension, vertical extension, room addition, bump out or garage - you will increase your square footage and living space. As a licensed residential builder we are qualified to handle your home addition and all related building envelope requirements.
Design
Interior design and architecture is by far the most important and critical decision that you will make when working with Howson Homes. Not only does it provide aesthetic value but also practical and technical value for permit acquisition, budget and sub trades. We contract out design services that cannot be provided in house to trusted architects, and interior designers should the project require this.
